Oshi's World currently hold data that audiences have given us, with consent to contact them about the upcoming work of Oshi's World. We hold data such as names and email addresses as well as geographical area as this helps us to book tours and to inform our audiences about our activities. We also hold data about venues, trusts and similar organisations where the venue, trust or similar organisation has made this data available to us. 

We use it to contact people about our activities and tours, through email, newsletters and telephone. We will never pass any of this information onto other organisations or third parties without explicit permission.

Only our core staff have access to the data, we will never share any personal data with any third parties or other organisations without first asking for your explicit permission.
