This Oshi’s World training package is designed to support  theatre staff and volunteers to feel confident when welcoming audiences with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

We offer a clear introduction to sensory theatre, explain the needs and experiences of audiences with PMLD, and share practical ways that each department — from box office, technical teams and senior leadership — can create a safe, relaxed and joyful environment.

 

Rather than expecting perfection, our training encourages openness and kindness, showing how small actions, thoughtful communication and positive attitudes can make a meaningful difference.
