Our new sensory garden is open!

Oshi's World sensory garden is open for you all to enjoy, come and have a look!

We are so excited to announce that our sensory garden is officially up and running!

With thanks to Thomas Cook for their donation to the project and as seen on Dragons Den, Craig from Landscapes for Learning for designing our bespoke equipment.

We have a ramped stage for role play and imaginative play, huge black board, 2 mud kitchens, a water wall, sound chimes, benches and raised flower and herb beds.

We have also turfed a small area which has been lovely for story time in the nice weather and our sound therapist has led some beautiful sessions in the garden too. Its amazing what can be done with such a small space that was once a car park!! We are very grateful to the board at the community centre for allowing us this area to create an outside play space for the children and families.

A special thanks also goes to Miss Wales 2018 for visiting us on the weekend and cutting the ribbon to declare the garden officially open.

Our sensory garden is dedicated to Mark Witcomb 1958-2017 x
